Designer Aligners® Questions & Answers

Our aligners are custom made, BPA-free clear plastic trays designed to gently grip your teeth whilst gradually moving them into the positions that you choose when you approve your 3D treatment simulation.

Aligners are most effective when worn 20 to 22 hours per day and removed only for eating, brushing and flossing.

Clear Aligners work by rotating the forces on your teeth. They slowly and gently move your teeth into place.

We do! We have teamed up with the most respected aligner companies in the world. Together we have years of experience in designing, manufacturing and successfully treating thousands of cases each year. Our labs are based in the US, UK, Germany and Australia.

We use, in our opinion, the best clear aligner material available. That is Zendura®. Your aligners are BPA free, will be more comfortable, stay clearer and most importantly they will ensure your smile journey is fast and efficient.

No. We have a number of Dental Professionals review each case and create every treatment plan saving you costly trips to your local Dental Clinic. Designer Aligners® main focus is the safety and care of our patients. We collect the same medical research before treatment as a traditional Orthodontic practice would.

An average treatment is 5-6 months, but depending on how crooked your teeth are it can be anywhere from 5-12 months.

Of course! We have fixed many cases with an overbite. Take our smile test now so we can evaluate what is going on.

No, unfortunately you cannot. Once we send your Impressions off to get scanned and we see you have a fracture we will refund the money straight away. Once you get the fracture fixed, come back and begin treatment.

Please take our smile test and order an Impression Kit so our treatment co-ordinators can evaluate your next move. Our many years of experience indicates that unless your wisdom teeth are painful (impacted) then there is no reason to be concerned.

We usually only deal with mild to medium cases. If you are unsure, fill out our 30 second smile test and see if you are suitable now.

When you submit the 5 photos required of your teeth, referred to as the Smile Assessment Stage, our treatment co-ordinators will review the photos and email you with the results for your case. This is a complimentary service that we provide to everyone.

You go to our website and purchase your Impression Kit which you will use to take impressions of your upper and lower teeth in the convenience of your own home.
Once you have done that, you return to us in the prepaid satchel we include in each Aligner Impression Kit then we digitally scan your impressions and create a comprehensive treatment plan that will include a simulation of where your teeth are now and where they will move to and how long it will take (general 5-6 months if using our day/night system or 8-10 months if you chose our nighttime only system).

Yes, you can cancel if you need to.
If you decide to go ahead you, select your payment method and you’re ready to go.

From the time you give us the thumbs up it will take around 3 weeks to deliver your aligners to your door.

Yep, every stage of your treatment is done from home.
Each month we require updated photos so we can track your progress but unless you have regular dental visits every 6 months then you will not be required to attend your dentist.

We want you to send us a few photos once you have taken your impressions so we can check them before you ship back to us.

Because we provide our customers with double the standard impression kit gear at no extra charge, you will get it right!

No, don’t eat or drink (except for water) whilst wearing your aligners, just put them back in after you’re done.

It is really important that you wear your retainers after treatment but only at night and forever because if you don’t your teeth will move.

To assist you we offer replacement retainers every 18 months at a discounted fee.

We charge $69 for our double value Impression Kits including shipping both ways.

Then you pay a further $1,649 for your treatment simulation and aligners.

You can select whether to pay the full amount or use one of our interest free payment plan options.

We are so confident that we can help you that yes! If we complete your 3D scans and the treatment co-ordinator believes your case falls outside our normal parameters then we will call you to discuss your options.

A full refund will be given if we cannot assist you.

Yes, for sure!...we have hundreds of happy customers that encourage their family, friends and colleagues to consider our BiteSoft® Referral Program and if any go ahead with our standard aligner treatment then you receive $65 for each new customer you refer.

BiteSoft® Night Guard Questions & Answers

No, your BiteSoft® Night Guard has been designed to be worn only at night time. You should insert it after you have brushed your teeth, before you go to sleep, and remove it when you wake up in the morning.

After you brush your teeth in the evening and morning you should rinse your BiteSoft® Night Guard under cold water, apply the cleansing foam to the inside and gently brush with your toothbrush, then rinse again.

A very positive effect of your BiteSoft® Night Guard is to reduce muscle tension which in turn can reduce morning tension headaches. In some cases this can result in your lower jaw slightly moving to a better resting position. Your normal bite will return soon after you wake up.

We recommend that you change your BiteSoft® Night Guard every 24-30 months. This will depend on how heavily you have been clenching over that time period.

Yes, just order from our website. Use code FOAM to save 15% when you order two or more bottles!

The serial number or PAC (Product Authenticity Code) protects the wearer from being issued an unlicensed copy of the Patent Protected and FDA approved authentic BiteSoft® Night Guard by an unlicensed and untrained dental laboratory.

It is not used to remake the device, unfortunately, therefore we will need you to take new impressions.
